About the Role

In this newly created role you will join a growing team of senior consultants and global thought leaders, using advanced analytical tools to design power systems that enable progress and resilience across North America. You will collaborate on high‑impact projects, conduct independent research, and communicate findings through technical reports and client presentations. • Collaborate with senior consultants on power and energy studies. • Design and simulate power systems using tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or CYME. • Conduct independent research and apply AI/ML techniques to power system challenges. • Prepare high‑quality technical reports and client presentations. • Participate in customer meetings to deliver technical insights. • Support process improvements and business development initiatives. • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least three years of experience, or an advanced degree with reduced experience requirements. Required skills include proficiency with power system simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, ETAP or CYME, strong technical writing and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and in teams. • Required: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (3+ years) or advanced degree (1+ year); proficiency in simulation tools; strong technical writing and presentation skills. • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML applications, transmission planning, and renewable integration.
