About the Role

In this dynamic, hands‑on position you will lead field operations, mentor talent, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will serve as the critical link between technical teams, field crews, and clients, driving project success, team development, and sustainable remediation practices across diverse sites. • Maintain a current 40‑hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or obtain it). • Plan, schedule, and ensure readiness of field activities and equipment. • Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate field staff, supporting hiring processes. • Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations. • Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients, resolving issues and maintaining communication. • Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.S. in engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field, or 13+ years of directly related experience. • Provide 5+ years of progressive project or technical management experience on complex site investigation/remediation projects. • Demonstrated experience with regulatory programs such as RCRA, CDPHE, and Colorado ECMC. • Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently across a large geographic area. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills. • Preferred: experience supervising and mentoring field teams and familiarity with groundwater remediation technologies.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $93,023 to $118,233, with potential bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits suite that includes paid time off, parental leave, health and dental coverage, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans.
