About the Role
In this role, you will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote a positive image of the apartment community, and support management with resident programs and retention initiatives. Your daily activities will include touring the community for prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease documents, and hosting resident events. You will also collect and secure rental payments, conduct campaign research and reporting, and maintain an acceptable closing ratio aligned with property expectations. • Implement leasing and marketing initiatives to attract new residents. • Promote the community’s image and support resident retention programs. • Tour apartments, process applications, and prepare lease agreements. • Organise and attend resident‑focused events and activities. • Collect rent payments and ensure secure handling of funds. • Conduct market research, reporting, and maintain target closing ratios. • Provide outstanding customer service or sales experience.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A detail‑oriented, “can‑do” attitude and the ability to think creatively are essential. • Hold a valid driver’s license and strong communication abilities. • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
