About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative, also known as the Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, helping them select and rent construction or industrial equipment. The role involves understanding client needs, negotiating terms, placing orders, and maintaining accurate administrative records while delivering professional, courteous service at all times. • Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track • Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers • Support telephone and walk‑in customers by providing equipment rental solutions • Assess customers’ equipment needs, negotiate terms, and place rental orders • Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure timely order processing

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver’s license, with familiarity in construction and industrial tools being essential. Prior experience in equipment rental, strong customer service and telephone abilities, solid computer and administrative skills, and preferably completion of the DOT qualification are valued. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, may be advantageous in certain locations. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations • Adhere to physical demands such as lifting 50 lb, bending, and working indoor/outdoor environments
