About the Role

Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned projects in accordance with Constellation’s management model and standard practices. Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting. Direct the project team and integrate all resources. Ensure contract administration, including proper closeout and post‑project lessons learned. Secure stakeholder review and buy‑in of intermediate and final deliverables. Communicate project status to NGG and site or corporate management. Develop, evaluate and recommend contracted services and materials. Coach and mentor other program managers and cross‑functional support personnel to foster continuous improvement. Perform additional duties as assigned, including emergency response coverage. • Manage project scope, quality, schedule, and budget per Constellation Management Model. • Utilize project controls and produce monthly status reports. • Lead and integrate project‑team resources across functional groups. • Administer contracts, ensure proper closeout, and capture lessons learned. • Obtain stakeholder review and approval of intermediate and final deliverables. • Communicate project updates to NGG and corporate management. • Evaluate and recommend contracted services and materials. • Coach and mentor program managers and cross‑functional staff for continuous improvement. • Perform additional duties, including emergency response coverage.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or an associate’s degree in a business‑related field with 10 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience. Experience managing projects and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (to be obtained within 18 months of starting). Must meet minimum access requirements and pass a favorable medical examination as required by the position. A master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred, along with supervisory or management experience. Experience in plant operation or maintenance, knowledge of contract management and the Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system, and the ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction are also valued. • Hold a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience (or equivalent) and PMP certification within 18 months. • Possess ability to meet required access and medical standards. • Preferred: master’s degree in a related field and supervisory experience. • Preferred: plant operation/maintenance background and knowledge of AS9. • Preferred: ability to navigate ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
