About the Role

• Supervise a team of electricians to safely complete scope of works to high standards and programme timelines • Complete electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and AVRS safety rules • Coordinate with AVRS design team and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with BS7671 and client specifications • Promote and engage with AVRS’s positive safety culture • Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation and foster a positive safety environment • Install all items to the highest standards, meeting contract and project quality plan requirements • Coach and mentor Electrical Improvers and Apprentices • Collaborate effectively within a growing team • Maintain Emergency First Aid or First Aider certification • Manage own workload and project tasks with minimal supervision

What You Bring

AVRS has secured several long‑term framework awards in the water‑treatment sector and seeks ambitious individuals with a strong industrial background to support projects ranging from £5 k to £10 m, acting as Principal Contractor, Principal Designer, or supporting Tier 1 contractors. This permanent role provides stability and growth within a thriving team. • Hold SSSTS or equivalent certification • Possess an ECS gold card • Hold a full UK driving licence • Have a fitness‑to‑work medical clearance • Demonstrate experience as an Electrical Supervisor • Desirable: EUSR Water Hygiene certification • Desirable: 2391 Test and Inspection qualification • Desirable: COMPEX training • Desirable: Industrial experience • Desirable: PASMA / IPAF / Confined Space certification
