About the Role

The position manages the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system, ensuring compliance with business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements. The role engages stakeholders, supports audits, drives investigations, and acts as a key enabler of change and continuous improvement. • Deliver delegated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget. • Manage and facilitate external certification audits. • Support achievement of new certifications where appropriate. • Organise and facilitate internal audits in the audit programme. • Conduct audits and produce audit reports. • Investigate non‑conformances, perform root cause analysis, and define corrective and preventive actions. • Review management system content for relevance, improvement, and implementation. • Identify new systems and processes to increase efficiency. • Ensure quality report information is accurate, available, and delivered on schedule. • Produce communication articles, plans, and collateral. • Contribute to management reviews by collating, analysing, and presenting data and key metrics. • Provide recommendations to mitigate risk and enhance management system effectiveness. • Support business development activities. • Develop and deliver training programs. • Monitor supply‑chain performance and support suppliers through training, guidance, and QMS audits. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions.
