This entry‑level engineering position provides technical expertise to solve problems in a specific area of focus, with close supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop their field knowledge and increase independence over time. • Communicate effectively in oral and written form and maintain accurate records. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an EAC/ABET‑accredited engineering program (or equivalent qualification). • Understand basic engineering theories, electricity, power quality, and distribution construction standards. • Interact effectively with diverse individuals and demonstrate strong written/oral communication. • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and lead team members while managing multiple tasks. • Desired: Pass the Engineering Fundamentals Exam, basic project‑management principles, and utility‑industry experience.
