About the Role
The engineer supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, developing and managing detailed project plans, and driving projects through scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Responsibilities also include conducting job‑site walkouts, facilitating project meetings, and meeting customer deadlines while upholding high quality standards. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. • Drive projects through construction phases, handling scheduling, budgets, and resources. • Conduct job site walkouts and lead project meetings. • Ensure deadlines are met while delivering high-quality work. • Design and plan aerial and underground construction best practices. • Read and interpret fiber/copper design prints; track multiple projects simultaneously. • Provide medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in telecom wireline construction, with a preference for fiber‑optic cable knowledge. Required skills include designing aerial and underground construction practices, interpreting fiber/copper design prints, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously. A safety‑first mindset, hands‑on problem‑solving, teamwork, and excellent communication are essential. • Possess 2+ years telecom wireline construction experience; fiber optic knowledge preferred. • Demonstrate strong safety focus, problem‑solving, and field troubleshooting skills. • Exhibit excellent teamwork, organization, and communication abilities.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience, and is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
