IDIQ Business Manager
Drive growth and manage compliance for Parsons' federal IDIQ/GWAC contracts.

About the Role
• Collaborate with business development, technical SMEs, and operations teams to increase market share across the IDIQ portfolio. • Build and maintain opportunity pipelines; shape, qualify, and support new work. • Serve as the primary Parsons contact for client IDIQ PMOs; attend program reviews, shared interest groups, and industry days. • Partner with Capture and Proposal teams on task order proposals; ensure compliance and incorporate lessons learned. • Ensure deliverables, performance, and reporting requirements are met for each IDIQ and its task orders. • Maintain accurate Salesforce data; generate IDIQ sales reports and verify reporting tool data. • Grow pipeline and bids on Parsons IDIQ contract vehicles. • Achieve effective IDIQ and task order contract compliance. • Produce favorable IDIQ performance reports. • Enhance Parsons reputation with client IDIQ PMO teams. • Deliver accurate and timely reporting.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a dynamic IDIQ Business Manager to drive growth within its existing GWAC/IDIQ portfolio. This hybrid role blends business development and program management expertise to strategically align opportunities with Parsons’ acquisition solutions, manage and scale market share across IDIQ/GWAC contracts, and maintain contract compliance while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. • 8+ years in business development, sales, capture, or project management in the Federal space. • Experience with GSA, DoD, IC agencies and IDIQs such as GSA Schedules, OASIS+, and GWACs like Alliant, CIO‑SP, NASA SEWP. • Knowledge of the Shipley proposal process and use of Salesforce, GovWin; Power BI a plus. • Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills; detail‑oriented under tight deadlines. • Self‑motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
