What You Bring
The company is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Springdale, Arkansas quarry. The role requires a motivated, safety‑conscious individual with strong multitasking abilities to handle administrative duties, follow established procedures, interpret data, operate the proprietary truck‑scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks as backup for on‑site staff. • High school diploma required; CSR/dispatch experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong oral and written communication skills • Detail‑oriented, able to multitask with high accuracy and minimal supervision • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and provide valid I‑9 documentation

This is a full‑time, permanent position with overtime expectations. Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, 45‑50 hours per week (6 a.m.–3 p.m. or 7 a.m.–4 p.m.), with occasional Saturday work.
