About the Role

The role also includes professional development activities such as training sessions and mentorship. • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for program performance. • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing materials. • Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy. • Assist in research and preparation of strategic planning documents and business plans. • Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities. • Draft and update standard operating procedures, process flows, and training guides. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance program and operational initiatives. • Prepare and deliver presentations to team members and senior leaders. • Shadow senior program leaders to learn high‑level decision‑making processes. • Participate in training and development activities to enhance program‑analysis skills.
