About the Role

The Architect position supports design and engineering activities, performing calculations, preparing specifications and reports, and maintaining liaison with design and drafting teams. Under supervision, the architect may lead advanced technical assignments, coordinate across disciplines, and assist in training drafting personnel. • Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations. • Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables. • Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups. • Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required. • Independently handle advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets under the Supervising Architect’s direction. • Coordinate technical and administrative activities with multidisciplinary teams and other departments on assigned projects. • Assist in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have at least eight years of architectural design and project‑management experience, a B.Arch degree, a valid SCE certificate, and demonstrated expertise in large‑scale theme‑park and mixed‑use developments. Strong analytical, communication, and software proficiency skills are required. • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Valid SCE Certificate. • Proven expertise in large‑scale projects, especially theme parks and mixed‑use developments. • Ability to lead complex architectural projects from conception to completion. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for precise plans and specifications. • Excellent communication and proficiency in industry‑standard architectural software.
