About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and operating large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Ideal candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Work independently across multiple self‑storage locations in Central & South Austin. • Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed). • Preferred experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food.
