About the Role
Mortenson is currently seeking a Laborer II who will be responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials to be used by other crafts on construction projects. The role involves working with various tools and equipment to support the construction team and ensure efficient material flow. • Load and unload equipment • Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging • Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets • General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels • Operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies
