About the Role

The incumbent will create and revise DFR deliverables such as reliability goal setting, reliability predictions, FMEA, accelerated life testing, reliability demonstration testing, reliability growth analysis, and FRACAS for NPIs, VAVE projects, and product improvements. They will collaborate with cross‑functional and global reliability engineering teams to embed reliability into NPI programs and existing products while identifying, managing, and mitigating reliability risks under senior supervision. Planning and executing project milestones, conducting deliverable reviews, and communicating with stakeholders are core duties, complemented by technical mentoring for on‑the‑job development. What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required. Candidates must be proficient in reliability statistics, FMEA, FTA, 8D, FRACAS, life‑modeling, and analysis of field and warranty data to derive failure‑rate information. Experience with industry‑standard reliability analysis tools such as Minitab or ReliaSoft is preferred, as is work experience in power electronics, power systems, batteries, inverters, or protection circuits. Preferred qualifications include DFSS GB certification and experience in safety and reliability assessments of electrical/electronic systems. Strong process‑management abilities are needed to design, organize, and measure effective workflows while optimizing resources. Excellent problem‑solving skills, sound decision‑making based on analysis and judgment, and a drive for results are essential.
