About the Role
The marketer will prepare and write a variety of communications, including proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, and award submissions. They will facilitate and participate in kick‑off meetings, coordinate with consultant firms, interact with project managers and technical staff, manage marketing database queries, and lead special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events. Additionally, they will interview subject‑matter experts and craft technical content for target audiences. • Prepare/write proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and other communications • Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick‑off meetings and proposal production activities • Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gather marketing materials • Conduct marketing database queries, input data, and maintain data accuracy • Coordinate special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events • Interview subject‑matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiences

What You Bring

The role offers a fast‑paced, in‑office environment where success is rewarded, and the individual will help shape client and project strategy while promoting the firm. Candidates must have at least three years of professional consulting experience, with A/E/C industry exposure considered a plus, and hold a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign, and a willingness to travel when needed. • Communicate and interact with professionals, project managers, and technical staff • 3+ years professional consulting experience (A/E/C industry a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or related field • Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign • Willingness to travel as needed
