What You Bring
Key responsibilities include using problem‑solving skills to identify and analyze issues, synthesizing findings into oral and written recommendations, and executing tasks related to functional projects and process improvements. The role is roughly split between writing software and performing functional business analysis, with familiarity required for software enhancements and bug fixes, as well as communicating roadblocks to supervisors. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be pursuing or have recently completed a relevant bachelor’s degree. The internship operates primarily in an office environment, requiring onsite work at the downtown Houston headquarters Monday through Thursday, with a flexible remote day on Friday. Applicants must be located in Houston, TX or surrounding areas.
