Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Construction Admin Intern
Assist with construction admin tasks for water/wastewater projects, including inspections, documentation, and coordination.

About the Role
The Intern will support construction administration project managers and resident project representatives across multiple North Carolina sites, performing tasks in the field and office, including photographic documentation, written reports, and communication with contractors, engineers, owners, and citizens. The role may require extensive outdoor work and reliable transportation to rural jobsites and is subject to a pre‑employment drug test. • Perform onsite construction inspections to verify contract compliance • Coordinate and oversee construction materials testing • Document construction progress • Review shop drawings • Coordinate Job Site Hazard Analyses • Prepare and manage Owner’s facility documentation

What You Bring
• Enrolled in a BS or MS in Construction Management or related engineering program • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation • Interest or experience in the construction industry • Coursework in construction management or construction engineering • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore or similar tools • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program • Attention to detail • Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
