Job Highlights
About the Role
The Kitchen Manager will oversee menu planning, supplier compliance, food preparation standards and customer experience. They will lead, motivate and develop a team, deliver health and safety leadership, and organise promotional events to enhance service quality. • Consult client on the menu and provide customer feedback to the company • Ensure compliance with nominated suppliers and approved product lists • Follow correct recipes and maintain daily menu standards, including displays, presentation, promotion and pricing • Engage regularly with clients and customers to assess service standards and implement improvements • Plan and conduct events and activities to promote the service and enhance customer experience • Manage the team in line with company policies and procedures • Assess team performance and development on a periodic basis • Conduct induction for new employees and provide refresher training, including tool‑box talks • Act as Health & Safety champion, promoting safety as a top priority
