About the Role
In this role, you will create detailed three‑dimensional models of underground utility networks using Autodesk Civil 3D, covering storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution, gas, and telecom systems. You will produce plan, profile, and cross‑section drawings for construction and regulatory approvals, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate representation of existing and proposed conditions. The position also involves maintaining model integrity, supporting multi‑user cloud environments, and customizing styles and part lists to project specifications. • Model wet and dry underground utilities in Autodesk Civil 3D. • Generate plan, profile, and cross‑section drawings for construction and regulatory approvals. • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks. • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate representation of existing and proposed conditions. • Maintain model integrity and update as‑built conditions. • Work in multi‑user cloud environments (ACC, ProjectWise) and manage data via shortcuts and drawing references. • Customize object, label, and pipe network styles and configure project‑specific part lists. • Apply municipal infrastructure standards and produce construction documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or a related discipline, and possess 3–10 years of experience in Civil 3D utility modeling. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and cloud platforms such as ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWise is required, along with a solid understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and construction documentation.
