We're on the lookout for a motivated and hands‑on individual to join our Road Stabilisation Crew in Dandenong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience across a variety of machinery and be part of a supportive, high‑performing team. As a Stabilisation Crew Member you’ll learn and operate mobile plant equipment such as rollers, stabilisers and spreaders, and develop into a well‑rounded operator with career‑advancing prospects. The role is based in Dandenong South and requires regular travel, including time away from home. • Minimum HR Truck License • Current General Construction Induction card • Previous experience in road construction or earthmoving (highly regarded) • Willingness to operate various machinery and assist with labouring tasks • Strong team player with proven efficiency in collaborative work • Ability to work regional and interstate for required periods • RDO’s (rostered days off)
