Tasks

-Working across metro and regional Western and Northeastern Victoria -Crew Leaders will coordinate daily work, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met — while actively working alongside the crew -Performing live line Glove & Barrier work, including construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets

What You Bring

-Glove & Barrier qualification and proven experience -Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent -High Risk Work Licences – Elevating Work Platform, Dogging, and/or Rigging -HR Driver’s Licence -Construction White Card, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant industry tickets -Leadership experience (Crew Leader applicants) -Strong safety focus and teamwork ethic -Crane Borer (Peru) experience (highly regarded) -High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator (highly regarded) -Victorian Lineworker Registration (Orange Card)
