Learn and apply wire cutting, crimping, and routing best practices using Siemens standards.
Collaborate with experienced technicians and engineers to learn how protection relays and automation devices integrate into substation applications.
Support panel testing and verification, including electrical safety checks, continuity testing, and documentation.
Participate in real-world Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with customers and Siemens engineers.
Assist in assembling and wiring industrial control panels for electrical substations.

Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or related program (Associate level).
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Potential fast-track into the PA Technician Development Program (PA TDP) upon successful completion and graduation.
Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
In your final year or approaching graduation (eligible to work at least 20 hours/week).
Demonstrated attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
Hands-on experience in Protection & Automation technologies used across utilities, data centers, and renewable energy systems.
Exposure to Siemens’ Power Academy training curriculum.
