  • Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging for presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, webinars, conferences and other areas that promote the growth of revenue in this lifecycle stage.
  • Lead internal teams that champion the promotion of business opportunities in this lifecycle stage.
  • Promote and sell Terracon’s services and products such as environmental, geotechnology, Pivvot and Stage1 to Select Site clients. Work with Terracon’s leadership in these areas to develop and enhance our offerings.
  • Establish, track and report key metrics of performance, including follow-on work obtained in other phases of the lifecycle due to services provided in Select Site.
  • Collaborate with Terracon strategic sectors and other national managers on overlapping growth strategies and implementation.
  • Understand market trends, analytics, and opportunities; adjust short- and long-term strategies as needed; and communicate information to the rest of the company.
  • Collaborate to develop a strategy for Terracon’s Select Site lifecycle phase, including short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead sales efforts specifically for the growth of subscriptions for our Pivvot product to Select Site clients.
  • Foster a continuous safety mindset personally and within the lifecycle phase’s influence.
  • Work with local, regional, and national company leadership in building alignment for the execution of strategic objectives.
  • Develop client and business opportunities that align with our core services, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
  • Attend conferences and client meetings to support growth.

  • Strong safety mindset, acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and drug screen required.
  • Ability to drive change and adoption through leadership and influence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices including Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or Geology, and at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the engineering and/or construction industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on responding to executive leadership, client requests, and owner/stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and facilitate and maintain successful teams of individuals who report to others.
