The Permit Coordinator ensures timely acquisition of state, county, and city permits, manages records, prepares permit packages, and tracks information to meet deadlines and support company goals. This role also serves as the liaison between Holt Homes and various jurisdictions with integrity and courtesy.
The work environment involves extensive computer use for data entry, color differentiation, and screen reading, along with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. The position may offer a hybrid schedule after mandatory in‑office training, as determined by management.

Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 (exempt) with a year‑end discretionary bonus.
