The company is seeking an experienced MEP Discipline Lead for its Dubai office. This role will lead the CI MEP team, providing both technical and commercial leadership, overseeing the business unit, shaping strategy, and ensuring delivery excellence across projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred; LEED AP certification a plus.
- Minimum 20 years of MEP engineering experience with proven leadership.
- Extensive experience leading an MEP business, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and Dubai/UAE regulations.
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and stakeholders.
- In‑depth understanding of sustainable design and energy‑efficient MEP solutions.
- Ability to make decisive technical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic environments and travel as required.
