As a GTM Operations professional at Optiml, you will build the operational muscle that enables senior Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to win and scale enterprise accounts while supporting end‑to‑end insight generation from Finance to Commercial. You will work hands‑on, maintaining CRM‑first playbooks, delivering high‑quality reporting, operationalising outbound and ABM programs, keeping sales collateral tidy, and introducing pragmatic AI/automation to improve Optiml’s North Star Metrics. The role reports to the Co‑Founder & Chief Commercial Officer and collaborates closely with Commercial and Finance leads across lean cross‑functional squads spanning Product, Tech, Data, Delivery, and Finance.
Key objectives include designing and maintaining a CRM toolkit that steers buyer and seller behavior, delivering cross‑functional commercial and finance reporting with actionable insights, enabling repeatable outbound and ABM plays, supporting the build‑out of a scalable sales, marketing, and customer success organization, maintaining a consistent sales collateral library, and introducing AI/automation enhancements. Responsibilities span CRM governance and training, end‑to‑end dashboard creation and forecasting, operationalising outbound campaigns and ABM account hierarchies, creating enablement materials, running AI/automation proofs‑of‑concept, maintaining stack integrations, and executing high‑impact cross‑functional projects while managing data hygiene and request prioritisation.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Revenue or GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Analytics at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company, with hands‑on HubSpot CRM experience, strong Excel/Sheets and BI skills, and familiarity with AI tools for sales and marketing enablement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, along with a diligent, reliable, and entrepreneurial mindset that emphasizes ownership, quality governance, and a client‑first approach. Experience in real‑estate, institutional capital environments, or fluency in German is a plus, and Swiss or EU citizenship is required at the current company size.
