Foster a positive office and team environment by ensuring workplace is organized, and supplies are stocked.
Scanning, electronic filing, and distribution of documents.
Assist with scheduling and set-up for meetings and interviews.
Additional administrative tasks will be assigned as needed, including processing mail, greeting visitors, and screening incoming phone calls.
Work closely with Construction Project Managers and staff with matters related to project documentation.
Processing and maintaining project files.

At least two (2) years of fulltime clerical experience.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Experience within the Construction industry is preferred; willingness to learn is a must.
