Undertake condition surveys to assess the physical state of buildings, identifying issues with building fabric, services, and environmental or sustainability requirements
Manage maintenance works and property related projects through software, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
Prepare and maintain Long Term Maintenance Plans, Annual Maintenance Plans, and Asset Registers in line with client needs and legislative requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service
Analyse and report on defects, determining likely causes and recommending practical remediation options.
Coordinate external suppliers and contractors to ensure service levels, contractual requirements, and statutory obligations are met.
