- 0‑3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience with Revit/AutoCAD (preferred, not required)
- Ability to develop, read, and discuss single‑line diagrams for PV systems (preferred)
- Understanding of real, reactive, and apparent power
- Knowledge of grid‑tied PV systems and components (preferred)
- Familiarity with three‑phase power distribution (preferred)
- Basic project management and construction flow awareness
- Knowledge of SMA, SolarEdge, Fronius, and other inverter products (preferred)
