- Responsible to safely supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in dispatching personnel and equipment to jobsites
- Coordinate and schedule with Ready-Mix Sales Staff
- Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
- Coordinate with operation supervisors need for equipment and personnel
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
