  • Responsible to safely supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in dispatching personnel and equipment to jobsites
  • Coordinate and schedule with Ready-Mix Sales Staff
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operation supervisors need for equipment and personnel
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
