Under supervision prepare listings & manage clients (Individual/Corporate/Embassies) from enquiry to closure. Including advising developers and assist in creating marketing collaterals like mailers, brochures, mock ups and any other digital or print media content for leasing of developer assets.
Manage transactions, documentations and MIS. Manage tracker and reports on leads, client visits, closures etc along with other required information.
Prepare lease agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, Fee agreements or any other relevant documents. Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
Conduct analysis of property rentals, compare properties recently leased to determine competitive market price.
Under supervision Identify and generate potential leads for business development and revenue generation.
Network for future purchases and residential lease transactions, other business lines and annuity businesses for leads generation.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlords and tenants over property rentals and settlement details, and during the closing of transactions.
Conduct research and site surveys. Engage with the online web portals for listing services to generate leads.
Build relations with corporates, embassies, service apartment operators & HNI’s and interact with clients to market the project and to build relationships. Coordinate with clients and assist with lease of residential properties.
