- Develop and maintain standards and procedural guidelines for design software applications.
- Participate in and speak at industry events and professional associations.
- Mentor and develop regional Design Technology staff and support recruitment and performance evaluations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project management experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across disciplines and geographies.
- Prior experience in strategic planning and implementation of design technologies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with BIM technology management and support, preferably within the AEC industry.
- LEED Accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
