- Perform digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
- Responsible for all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc.
- Perform design in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and collaborates on critical digital delivery initiatives.
- Perform tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools
- Execute changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and recommend digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools in collaboration with the project team.
- Perform Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
- Responsible for developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Identify clash detection and follows reporting and resolution process.
- Research and compile required project-related data and performs metadata audits.
- Delegate work effectively through planning, training, and mentoring of assisting staff.
- Proactively assist with scoping digital delivery efforts and developing project budget estimates.
- Provide digital delivery content for the entire project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.

- Bachelor's Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program and 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams required or,
- Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables, and underlying technology concepts and workflows.
- 8 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and prioritize tasks, compartmentalize complex work into actionable events, and implement creative solutions to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and understand the relationships within a project's technology stack.
- Associate’s Degree and 6 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams required or,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong situational awareness to adapt communication styles to various team dynamics and stakeholders.
- Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.
