• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Create relationships with clients and provide remarkable service.
• Communicate service findings effectively to customers and managers.
• Consistently check system operations and safety controls before leaving job sites.
• Ensure customers’ questions and concerns are addressed before departure.
• Use proper tools and instruments while troubleshooting.
• Incorporate solution techniques to assist other service representatives and resolve customer issues.
• Schedule arrival and departure times with customers.
• Determine priorities based on call schedules, manage interruptions, carry appropriate tools, and schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Keep supervisors and managers informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints.

Requirements

The role seeks a seasoned commercial HVAC service technician with 5‑10 years of experience who can train junior staff, handle service calls for commercial, multi‑family, and residential projects, and build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and collaborating within a team environment.

• 5-10 years experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Ability to train and develop junior technicians.
• Experience with commercial, multi-family, and residential service calls and projects.
• Basic understanding of rooftop units, split systems, ductless systems, BAS controls, cooling towers, and chillers.
• Excel in a team environment and assist across all business areas.
• Communicate tactfully to suggest solutions when problems stem from customer actions.
