Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives in procurement and billing processes .
Lead and manage the Procurement, Labor, and Billing teams, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Establish departmental KPIs, SOPs, and review mechanisms for performance monitoring and improvement.
Support budgeting and forecasting by providing timely and accurate billing and procurement data.
Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
Oversee engagement of sub-contractors and labor vendors, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
Supervise and verify RA bills, BOQs, sub-contractor bills, and vendor invoices.
Direct procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Ensure all procurement and labor practices comply with statutory regulations and internal audit standards.
Define and implement cost-effective procurement and labor engagement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Maintain robust documentation of purchase orders, contracts, GRNs, billing records, and compliance certificates.
Monitor vendor performance in terms of delivery, quality, and compliance.
Ensure timely delivery and inventory planning to avoid project delays or site shortages.
Finalize vendor agreements, rate contracts, and negotiate payment terms to optimize cost and quality.
Develop manpower planning in coordination with Project Heads and Site Engineers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Project Management, Finance, and Design teams to align purchasing and billing with project goals.
Track labor productivity, attendance, and cost to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Approve and monitor work orders, payment certifications, and reconciliation statements.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Purchase, Labor & Billing to lead and manage all commercial functions related to procurement, labor contracting, and billing operations across multiple real estate projects. This leadership role requires cross-functional coordination with project, finance, and site teams to ensure timely procurement, cost control, vendor management, and labor resource planning.
Experience: 8–12 Years (preferably in Real Estate or Construction)
