Effective communicator and collaborator within cross-functional teams

Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design principles
2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for industrial, power, or energy projects
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Exposure to geothermal, renewable, or energy infrastructure projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with engineering analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, or Python)
EIT certification or working toward PE licensure
