Hold a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer service, technical project management or power‑plant roles within aircraft/engine leasing, airlines, MROs or technical advisory firms.
Willingness to travel on short notice as required.
Demonstrate good business acumen and project‑management experience, preferably with a formal qualification.
Possess working technical knowledge of one or more Rolls‑Royce Trent engines.
Exhibit strong interpersonal, diplomatic, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Understand engine shop‑visit processes and airline engineering operations.
Be computer‑literate and familiar with asset‑management software such as CMS, STREAM, EFPAC, Flydocs, Leasepoint, Salesforce and OEM engine portals.
