We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing architecture consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, and a proven ability to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the architecture and design consultancy market in the GCC or MENA region.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
