The successful candidate will provide proactive, commercially‑focused legal support to a range of service lines, work on both contentious and non‑contentious matters, and help deliver an exceptional client experience across a global, matrixed organisation.
- Provide commercial legal support across multiple service lines, including Asset Services, Occupier Services, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, Brokerage & Capital Markets, Consultancy, and Valuation & Advisory.
- Advise on contentious and non‑contentious matters, including M&A and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial client contracts and responses to RFPs.
- Negotiate and draft commercial supply agreements such as licensing, consulting, and services contracts.
- Manage and resolve claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel and insurers as needed.
- Liaise with legal colleagues and global business stakeholders to support cross‑border and international agreements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with contractual arrangements.
- Maintain internal governance, controls, and approval processes for contract execution.
- Deliver legal training and guidance to commercial teams across the business.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal precedents and knowledge resources.
- Support the supervision and development of junior members of the legal team.

The position requires a qualified solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience, strong contract‑drafting and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage disputes and advise on risk in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in construction or real‑estate is a plus.
