Prepare specifications, design documents, reports, and ensure code compliance.
Perform load/energy calculations using tools like Trace 700 or IES.
Support business development through client engagement and proposal participation.
Lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and serve as client liaison.
Design HVAC and plumbing systems based on project scope and client RFPs across various markets.
Coordinate with other disciplines and provide construction administration and QA/QC.
Conduct building surveys and develop system design calculations and equipment selections.

You have an excellent work ethic and attitude
You have a minimum 5 years design experience
You have knowledge and understanding of codes, standards, and design guidelines
Good communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work
Ability to lead a team and work as a team
Ability to travel
You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
You possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license
You have knowledge in the design of HVAC & plumbing systems
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and MS Office
