Performs activities of workers supervised, such as a laborer, and light and heavy equipment operator.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Inspects equipment and delegates maintenance of equipment to employees.
Maintains time and production records.
