Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing diverse engineering teams.
Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and supporting licensing efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in nuclear I&C, with at least 10 years in safety-related systems engineering leadership roles.
Ability to create and scale organizations, develop talent pipelines, and build high-performance technical cultures.
