Coordinate with project engineers, planners, and team leads to obtain updates and validate data.
Ensure reporting practices comply with internal and client standards for formatting, branding, and metadata.
Maintain centralized reporting databases, trackers, and registers (e.g., RFIs, submittals, inspections, work progress).
Collect, verify, and organize project data from various departments and construction packages.
Support the use of document management systems to archive reports and maintain version control.
Compile inputs from site teams including progress data, milestone tracking, safety stats, and non-conformance logs.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all reporting documents, charts, and visual dashboards.
Ensure timely submission of client reports and presentations as per project requirements.
Assist with updating templates, SOPs, and reporting guidelines as needed.
Support the creation of analytical charts, KPIs, and variance summaries for management review.
Assist in preparing materials for coordination meetings and executive briefings.
Prepare and format daily, weekly, and monthly project reports in coordination with engineering, planning, HSE, and quality teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working on infrastructure or aviation projects in a consultant or PMC environment.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Exposure to dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project reporting, document control, or project coordination, ideally on large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Basic understanding of construction reporting, project lifecycle, and documentation flows.
