  • Asset Management: Support the ongoing performance tracking of assets, including operating metrics, leasing activity, and capital improvement planning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct macro- and micro-level market research to support investment strategies and identify growth markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, external partners, brokers, and consultants to drive successful investment outcomes.

  • Underwriting: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the feasibility and return potential of investment opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Investment Associate to join our dynamic team in Orange County. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure across the full real estate investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, deal sourcing, underwriting, and lease execution. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for real estate. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to strategic decision-making while growing their own industry network and influence.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and real estate underwriting.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ARGUS, CoStar, and real estate CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Orange County commercial real estate market and a growing network of industry contacts.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Real Estate is a plus but not required.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
Benefits

Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $125,000 USD
