• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposing innovative solutions for enhancing electrical system performance and efficiency.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical designs, considering factors such as materials, labor, and equipment.
• Designing, developing, and testing electrical control systems and components for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members to foster professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
