They record and analyze take‑off data, assist with value‑engineering to reduce costs, maintain insurance compliance, resolve purchase order issues, and manage vendor files and contracts. Additionally, they prepare bid requests and evaluate new bid proposals.

The Future Builders Program is a six‑month training initiative that places recent college graduates in one of three business areas—Construction, Purchasing, or Land—based on performance. Participants develop interpersonal and technical skills, work alongside seasoned professionals, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, inclusive environment. All positions are temporary and do not guarantee continued employment, though high‑performing graduates may be offered full‑time roles after the program.
