Establish owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
Write and edit architectural specifications
Conduct working sessions in conjunction with Project Manager and other disciplines

Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
Registered Architect
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills
Experience in the areas of educational, civic, community, sports, and/or science and research facilities
Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
Rhino and Grasshopper experience
Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
Master's degree in Architecture
Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
Experience in planning and programming for education and/or science and research facilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
