- A clear and fast decision-making process that drives simplification at all levels.
- A depth of experience in large infrastructure projects. Professional accreditation and/or a sector-specific MSc degree would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary/organisation design teams.
- In-depth understanding of project scheduling, commercial arrangements, and budget control.
- A clear understanding of design and engineering interfaces with construction teams, commissioning teams, supply chain, and third parties.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Competent technical knowledge and experience in design.
